Usage method:

1.Extend the brace around your back with both arms,so that the support is centered to your spine

2.Wrap the brace around your abdomen,so both wings attach firmly to the velcro
3.Pull the tabs out from the brace until you feel a comfortable compression from the lumbar support

4.Secure and fasten the pull tabs to the brace to maintain the compression you want on the brace
