Technology process:
Waterless casting tape fibric is knitted by special technology. Setting glue is comprised of nanometer polymer nanocomposites.
When apply proper setting glue to on the surface of the cast, it will trigger polymerization of polyurethane from outside to inside till the cast is solidified thoroughly.
Different from the common casting tape, the waterless cast tape need not be immersed into the water and it is easier to mold by lubricity of the setting glue.
Performance:
Because of not be immersing into the water, inner cotton padding covering is kept dry to the patient feel greatly comfortable and doctor operate fasts and easily.
The way of molding before applying the setting glue makes doctor have enough time to operate.
